PFFUI Affiliate Leader Scholarship Program The PFFUI offers scholarships to enable two individuals, from separate Locals with 99 or fewer active members, the ability to attend an IAFF function each year. The scholarship will be to attend an IAFF conference determined by the President of the PFFUI. The scholarship will include registration fees, transportation, lodging, and other reasonable and necessary business related expenses approved by the PFFUI President.
